The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfy and tidy. It was close to major sites and shopping areas. There is no reception, so calling the owner for assistance is necessary. It felt more like staying in a private home than a hotel.

There is no food available at the site though great restaurants are very nearby.

The staff offered assistance with directions and provided helpful information. They also stored luggage after checkout! The staff responded quickly to all messages, even when not on the premises. This was helpful.

i enjoyed my stay. the location was excellent and near piazza san marco. some lovely cafes and restaurants were close. helpful information regarding how to arrive to the place was provided.

the floor had some kind of pothole. there were marble like tiles. this made room colder in winter. the room was somewhat dark.

the room was TOO dark , I HATED that. the so-called canal view was NOTHING like the presentation. the noise from both inside and outside the hotel was VERY loud
